You can book a play session online.

We do accept walk-ins but we cannot guarantee that there will be spaces so we do recommend that you book online to secure your space.

Our play centre is designed for children aged between 0 - 8 years.

Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to bring their own food into the play centre. We do have a café area selling refreshments that are available throughout your play session.

We are open 7 days a week running play sessions throughout the day.

Yes, we do offer exclusive and non-exclusive hire for birthday parties. Hire our the whole play centre and invite your friends and family to celebrate your child's birthday. For more information visit our Parties page.

Yes, we have toilets.

The safety of your children is our priority. Our team work hard to provide a safe, calm and enjoyable learning experience. Whilst we always keep an eye out during each play session, parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision and care of their child(ren) whilst visiting us.

Unfortunately, we cannot let you into the play centre before your play session starts. This is because we fully close for 15 minutes after each session to tidy and clean our café area to ensure it's nice and clean for you. To avoid waiting around, please arrive at your allocated session time.

As in our terms and conditions, tickets to our play centre are non-refundable.
